Yeah Blog hop day!!!!

It’s too long ago …but two weeks ago I was busy with a military exercise. In the woods we don’t have internet J  But here I am alive and kicking.

Last weekend I found a new die from Sizzix: a button card ( I love buttons cards ) the background and the buttons are made with  KOTM stamps. I love it !!

With the same KOTM I made this layout and you see a

 Donna Downey stamp in the background.

It's Blog Hop Time!!!!

It’s bloghop time!!! Oops, almost end of the month; the summer is in its last weeks and then autumn will be knocking on the door!! I like autumn time, the only thing I don’t like are the dark mornings…But oké, it’s part of the job. What do I have for you this week? A beautiful tag with the SMAK. I used a picture from Angela; I like this couple, so this tag is for them. Here you can see how perfectly the SMAK can be used for small projects also.

Thursday BLOG hop day !!!!!

Hello Unity peepers,

It's blog hop time and you know that I like that !!!

 I did my best last weekend to make something special for you. In the first place there is a stamping folder, I made it from an office supplies folder (an oldie);  the new stamping system from Unity fits perfectly .

I used stamps from the Layers of Live stamps ( I think these are the most beautiful stamps Unity sells at the moment ( and besides that: the Donna Downey line is my most favorite!!)

On the layout I used the SMAK of the month July- 

I also made a layout with some oldies, I like them and sometimes I want to play with them… and this is the result.

Did you see the sport stamps…..hmmmm like football…no not the American way, the Dutch football oh yes,  you also call it soccer. YES YES that kind of football; it’s a national sport in the Netherlands.

You’re on my blog now….and I am glad because it looks as if I have some trouble posting to my blog!. But with some help and a lot of wasted time it happened…..pffffffff !
Here is my new clock; I made it specially for Maxime, a 10 year old girl, and the apple in the eye of a good friend of mine. Made with June KOTM.

The canvas is special made for a store in Holland (Scrapdelight) and it’s going to be a workshop. It’s made with a lot of stamps, YES YES a lot from Donna Downey and the butterflies are from an old KOTM.

Blog Hop Fourth of July!!!

Hello Unity blog hop fans,

My goodness… the year is going so fast, it’s already July…I feels like it’s been new year yesterday…

Oké, time for the fourth of July. As you might know I am an officer in the Dutch Army, being sent out for many missions, and experienced too much. I was sooo happy with these military sentiments, it touched me deeply. I know so well …. what it is to miss the one you love… what it is to be on a mission and loose one of your buddies. I know too well what it is to miss someone who is not coming home because he lost his live. That’s why we celebrate a day like the fourth of July ( In the Netherlands it’s the fifth of May).

This is what I made with the sentiments, the photo is made in Afghanistan during Operation enduring Freedom, where we closely worked together with the American military forces.

Also something else I’d like to show you. I made a layout for friends:

It’s a special one with a photo of their marriage.

I really like these days, when I may show my stamping projects; and of course waiting for you to comment.

For today I made a layout especially for the men on the photo.

This photo is made during an exercise in Burundi (middle of Africa).

 I promised them to make a layout with it…so here it is!

And thanks for the great time there. I learned a lot, and hope you did too.

I also made a button card with these stamps, it’s a cutie.

And what do you think of this tag!! I like the butterfly, It’s from the new KIT layers of Life, OOOHHH I like that new kit, it’s so good for making tags or layouts or a card, it’s so versatile!

Inspiration day with Unity and Petaloo/ placed on the Unity blog !!

Hello Unity lovers….and Petaloo lovers!!!!

Jolande from the Netherlands here, yes, this week we have a combination between Unity and Petaloo!!...So I find my inspiration in these cute little flowers :)

We all made projects with Unity and Petaloo…have a look at the blog hop tomorrow: what an amazing projects the design members have made with this combination; really amazing!!!

For today I made this clock, it’s about 10 inches high and it really works J (lol)

The sprayink is from Art Anthology (a new spray with bright colors)

As you can see I used a lot of flowers,

I love to make it abundantly.

Of course I used my most favorite stamp ever,

the flower from Donna Downey.

And, as you can see, the stamps from the KOTM April.
